Shawarma? Schwarma? Schawarma? You say potato, I say po-ta-toe. Oh no, that’s Dan Quale. Whatever you call it, this Mediterranean treat is sure to please. The recipe calls for dark meat of chicken. This guy only eats white meat but I made the recipe the way it was written. I was not dissapointed. After all of the heavy foods at Thanksgiving, enjoy this sammie that’s packed full of flavor.
